1492 LAWS OF MARYLAND. [CH. 670

To the conveyance of the lot of ground known as No. 1824
E. Baltimore St., by deed from Rudolph Sommerwerck and
wife dated Sept. 25, 1906, to the First German United Evangel-
ical Church of the City of Baltimore, and recorded among the
Land Records of Baltimore City in Liber R. O. No. 2274,
folio 405, etc.

To the deed from William Schmidt and Theresa Schmidt,
Ms wife, to Faith Reformed Church of Baltimore, Maryland,
of the leasehold property No. 125 S. Linwood Ave., Balti-
more City, said deed dated May 3, 1924 and recorded among
the Land Records of Baltimore City in Liber S. C. L. No. 4189
folio 147.

To the deed from David W. Martin and May V. Martin,
his wife, to Faith Reformed Church of Baltimore, Maryland,
of the leasehold property No. 329 E. University Parkwayy
Baltimore City, said deed being dated Dec. 31st, 1924 and
recorded among the Land Records of Baltimore City in Liber
S. C. L. No. 4319 folio 271.

To the following devises and bequests contained in the Will
and codicils thereto of Constance Winn, late of Baltimore
City, State of Maryland, dated Sept. 4, 1920, and duly probated
in the Orphas' Court of Baltimore City:

$750.00 in lieu of Executor's Commissions to the Rev. Wm,
A. McClenthen.

$1,000.00 to the Convention of the Protestant Episcopal
Church in the Diocese of Md., for the benefit and use of the
fund for super-annuated and disabled clergymen.

All the rest, residue and remainder of the estate to the
vestry of Mt. Calvary Church, Madison Ave. and Eutaw St.,
Baltimore, Md., including the fee simple properties in Balti-
more City, the improvements thereon being known as Nos.
511, 513, 515 & 517 Pierce St., Liber J. B. No. 1081 folio 508,
and No. 531 W. Lanvale St., Liber A. M. No. 340, folio 110,
etc. Also the Leasehold properties known as No. 507 Wel-
come Alley, Liber R. O. No. 1942 folio 206, etc., upon which
an annual ground rent of $10.50 is payable, and No. 510 West Lee
St., Liber R. O. No. 1942 folio 206, etc., upon which an annual
ground rent of $17.50 is payable.

To the gifts, grants, devises and bequests made and given
in the last will and testament of Oliver C. Simmont, late of
Baltimore City, deceased, said will being dated July 2, 1925,
and recorded in the Office of the Register of Wills of Baltimore
City in Wills E. R. D. Book No. 154, folio 271 to "the Cor-
porate Board of Finance of the Baltimore Annual Confer-
ence of the Methodist Episcopal Church South of Baltimore
