that the annual ground rent that before said date of said
deed constituted a charge on said lot be and is forever extin-
guished; to the end that absolute fee simple title in said lot
shall and may be, from the date of said deed forever in said
body corporate, its successors and assigns, pursuant to the
tenor of said deed.

To the deed and conveyance from The Baltimore City Mis-
sionary and Church Extension Society of the Methodist Epis-
copal Church, to the Milton Ave. Methodist Episcopal Church
of Batlimore City, dated June 29, 1926, and recorded among
Land Records of Baltimore City in Liber S. C. L. No. 4561
folio 78.

To the deed and conveyance from the Fidelity and Deposit
Co., of Maryland, to the Home for the Aged of the Methodist
Episcopal Church of Baltimore City, dated Oct. 30, 1911 and
recorded among- Land Records of Baltimore City in Liber
S. C. L. No. 2696, folio 317.

To the sale, grant and conveyance in fee to The Trustees of
the Antioch Church of Princess Anne, in Somerset County,
Maryland, also known as The Trustees of Antioch Methodist
Episcopal Church at Princess Anne, from H. Fillmore Lank-
ford, Trustee, of certain real estate in Princess Anne, Mary-
land, described in a deed from the said H. Fillmore Lankford,
Trustee, dated the 22nd day of Sept. 1921, and recorded among
the Land Records of said County in Liber W. J. S. No. 85,
folio 1, etc.

To the conveyance of the lot of ground on the North Side
of Eastern Ave., from Edward W. Robinson to the First Ger-
man United Evangelical Church of the City of Baltimore, the
said sub-1ease being dated December 19, 1850, and recorded
among the Land Records of Baltimore County in Liber A. W.
B. No. 447, folio 425, etc.

To the conveyance of the lot of ground of the West Side
of Register St., from Andrew Roeher to the First German
United Evangelical Church of the City of Baltimore, said
deed being dated March 25, 1865, and recorded among the
Land Records of Baltimore City in Liber A. M. No. 272, folio
108 etc.

To the conveyance of the lot of ground on the West Side
of Register St., from Walter Moxley to the First German
United Evangelical Church of the City of Baltimore the said
deed date*d March 21, 1865, and recorded among the Land
Records of Baltimore City in Liber A. M. No. 272 folio 109,
