Co., deceased, duly probated and recorded in the Office of the
Register of Wills of Somerset County.

To the bequest of $500.00 to the Womans Board of Foreign
Missions of the Presbyterian Church in the United States of
America, Inc., under the laws of the State of New York, con-
tained in the last will and testament of Elizabeth Handy G-ale,
late of Somerset County, deceased, duly probated and recorded
in the Office of the Register of Wills of Somerset County.

To the sale, grant and conveyance in fee to the Committee
of Manokin Presbyterian Church, at Princess Anne, Md., from
Mary C. Johnson, Leland J. Johnson and Lillian Johnson, his
wife, and Olive Johnson, H. Fillmore Lankford and E. Herman
Cohn of real estate in the town of Princess Anne, Somerset
County., described in a deed dated January 21, 1925, and
recorded among the Land Records of Somerset County in Liber
W. J. S. No. 91, folio 356.

To the gift, grant and devise to the W. P. Missionary Ladies
Aid Society of St, Paul's Church South (The Trustees of St.
Paul's Methodist Episcopal Church South, in the City of Bal-
timore) by Catherine V. Garrigues, late of the City of Bal-
timore, deceased; and recognizing said The Trustees of St.
Paul's Methodist Episcopal Church South in the City of Bal-
timore, and as such authorized Lo take, hold and dispose of
said devise for said Society of a certain lot in Baltimore City
known as 216 N. Carey St., and to use or lease, mortgage or
sell and convey the same in such manner as the Trustees of
said corporation may judge most conducive to the interests
of said Society; said interest to take effect in enjoyment upon
the death or remarriage of Mary P. Grarrigues, whichever shall
first occur, by Catherine V. Garrigues, late of Baltimore City,
deceased, by her last will and testament, dated about Feb.
1925, and recorded in the Office of the Register of Wills of
Baltimore City in or about Liber E. R. D. No. 153, folio 572
&c.

To the sale, grant and conveyance of a certain lot of ground
in Baltimore City situated on the south side of Fayette St.,
to the Trustees of St. Pauls Methodist Episcopal Church South
in the City of Baltimore, by William C. Bullitt, Jr., Orville
H. Bullitt and Thos. Raeburn White, Executors and Trustees
under the will of Louisa H. Bullitt, deceased, by their deed
dated Dec. 29, 1924, and recorded among the Land Records
of Baltimore City in Liber S. C. L. No. 4344, folio 399, and
especially to the sale, grant and conveyance of the reversion
that before the execution and delivery and record of said deed
existed in said lot, and that said reversion be and is merged
with the leasehold interest theretofore in said corporation and
