To the gifts, bequests and devises contained in the last will
and testament of Katie E. Cook, late of Queen Anne's County,
Maryland, deceased, dated April 25, 1885, and recorded in
Liber T. A. B., No. 2, folio 73, etc., a will record book in the
Office of the Register of Wills for Queen Anne's County, to
the Trustees of the Methodist Episcopal Church at Centre-
ville, Md., on the terms, in the event or contingency, and sub-
ject to the conditions in the said last will and Testament set
forth.

To the deeds and conveyances to the Bennett Memorial
Methodist Episcopal Church of Baltimore, Md., a body cor-
porate: A deed from Benjamin F. Bennett, dated March 22,
1889, and recorded among the Land Records of Baltimore
City in Liber J. B. No. 1234, folio 241, etc.; a deed from Ben-
jamin F. Bennett and Elizabeth H. Bennett, his wife, dated
September 28, 1905, and recorded among the Land Records
of Baltimore City in Liber R. O. No. 2197, folio 443 etc.; a
deed from William J. Tiekner, dated June 16, 1908, and record-
ed among the Land Records of Baltimore City in Liber S. C. L.
No. 2430, folio 542, and a deed from S. Frank Bennett, B.
Frank Bennett and John Raulston, surviving Trustees under
the Last Will and Testament of Benjamin F. Bennett, late of
Baltimore City, deceased, dated May 26, 1923, and recorded
among the Land Records of Baltimore City in Liber S. C. L.
No. 4053, folio 17.

To the bequest of Two Thousand Dollars ($2,000.00) to the
Foreign Missionary Society of the First English Lutheran
Church of Baltimore, the correct name and title being, For-
eign Missionary Society of the First English Evangelical Lu-
theran Church of Baltimore, to be applied to its work in India,
contained in the last will and testament of Emily D. R. Ap-
pold, late of Baltimore City, deceased, said will being record-
ed in the Office of the Register of Wills of Baltimore City, in
Liber E. R. W. No. 152, folio 117.

To the sale, grant and deed made and executed by Frances
M. Goodwin, to the Trustees of the 'Seventh Baptist Church of
Baltimore, of a lot known as No. 2722 N. Calvert St., Baltimore
City, said deed bearing the date of Sept. 25, 1918, and recorded
among the Land Records of Baltimore City in Liber S. C. L.
No. 3264, folio 421.

To the sale, grant and deed made and executed by The N.
C. Sibley Co., Inc., to the Trustees of the Seventh Baptist
Church of Baltimore of a lot in Baltimore City, known as No.'
