5209 Ferndale Ave., said deed bearing date Aug. 18, 1925, and
recorded among the Land Records of Baltimore City in Liber
C. L. No. 4442, folio 463.

To the sale, grant and deed made and executed by Raymond
A. Arnold and wife to the Trustees of the Seventh Baptist
Church of Baltimore of a lot known as No. 3311 Belmont Ave.;
said deed bearing date Sept. 3, 1925, and recorded among the
Land Records of Baltimore City in Liber S. C. L. No. 4450,
folio 6.

To the sale, grant and deed made and executed by G. Bris-
coe Karn and wife to the Trustees of the Seventh Baptist Church
of Baltimore, of a lot in Baltimore City, known as No. 4006
Bateman Ave.; said deed bearing date Jan. 29, 1927, and
recorded among the Land Records of Baltimore City in Liber
S. C. L. No. 4689, folio 546.

To the deed and conveyance from Gilson W. Metcalfe and
Mary E. Metcalfe, his wife, to the Trustees of the Howard
Park Methodist Episcopal Church in Baltimore County, Mary-
land, dated Aug. 2, 1922, and recorded among the Land Records
of Baltimore City in Liber S. C. L. No. 3892, folio 135.

To the gifts and bequests contained in the last will and testa-
ment, and codicils thereto, of Bessie E. Johnston Gresham,
late of Baltimore City, said Will being dated the 16th day of
June, 1919, admitted to probate on the 5th day of March,
1926, and recorded in the Office of the Register of Wills of
Baltimore City:

$3,000 to The Franklin St. Presbyterian Congregation, Bal-
timore, Md.

To the bequest of $5,000 contained in the will and codicil
of Elizabeth Cassell, deceased, of Carroll County, probated
Nov. 5, 1917, and recorded in the Office of the Register of
Wills of Carroll County, in Liber W. A. No. 12, folio 136,
to certain persons as trustees for the endowment of the Cas-
sell Home for its corporate purposes.

To the gifts and bequests contained in the Last Will and
Testament of Emily V. Appold, late of Baltimore City, said
Will being dated March 19, 1907, probated Feb. 26, 1925,
and recorded in the Office of the Register of Wills of Baltimore

City:

$2,000 to the Council of St. Paul's Evangelical Lutheran
Church, Lutherville, Md.

$2,000 to the Vestry of the Protestant Episcopal Church
of the Holy Comforter, Lutherville, Md., same being an in-
tegral part of the Vestry of Trinity Church, Towsontown, Md.
