To the grant and deed executed by the Baltimore Yearly
Meeting of Friends held on Park Ave. to the Baltimore Monthly
ly Meeting of F'riends Park Ave., dated June 22, 1926, and
recorded in Land Records in Liber S. C. L. No. 4598, folio
457, conveying a lot of ground situate on the Northwest side
of Harford Ave., in fee simple; and also to the holding and
disposal of said property by the Baltimore Monthly Meeting
of Friends Park Ave.
To the bequest of One Thousand Dollars ($1,000.00) to the
Board of Trustees of the First Baptist Church of the City of
Baltimore, Liberty Heights Ave. West of Granada Ave. (also
known as the Committee of the Baptist Church of the City
of Baltimore), under and by virtue of the last will and testa-
ment of Edith Robinson, late of Baltimore City, deceased,
which said will is recorded in the Office of the Register of
Wills for Baltimore City in Wills Liber E. R. D. No. 154, folio
233; and also to the holding of said money by the Board of
Trustees of the First Baptist Church of the City of Baltimore.
To the grant and deed executed by the Trustees of the High
St. Methodist Episcopal Church of Baltimore City to the Bal-
timore Deaconess Home of the Methodist Episcopal Church
of Baltimore City, both bodies corporate, dated March 1927,
and recorded among the Land Records of Baltimore City, said
grant and deed conveying fee simple property No. 910 Fawn
St. Baltimore City, and also to the holding and disposal of
said property by The Baltimore Deaconess Home of the Method-
ist Episcopal Church of Baltimore City.
To the two deeds of lots of ground, in fee simple, from the
Modern Homes Corporation to the Bethlehem Evangelical Lu-
theran Church, Baltimore City, the one deed dated Aug. 14,
1924, and recorded among the Land Records of said City in
Liber S. C. L. No. 4246, folio 559, etc., and the other deed
dated No. 7, 1924 and recorded among said Land Records in
Liber S. C. L. No. 4291 folio 1, etc.
To the following gifts, grants, sales and deeds to and for
the use and benefit of the Beth Tfiloh Congregation, Baltimore
City, to the acquisition, holding and disposition by deed, mort-
gage or in any other manner by the Beth Tfiloh Congregation
of Baltimore City, and its successors, of certain fee simple and
leasehold lots of ground and improvements heretofore pur-
chased, situated and lying in the City of Baltimore and known
as No. 3200 Garrison Ave., and particularly described in the
following deed:
A deed from Morris Lisansky et al to the Beth Tfiloh Con-
gregation, dated 30th of June 1922 and recorded among the
