rollton Ave., Baltimore City; also to the holding and dis-
posal of said property by the Vestry of the Bishop Cummins
Memorial Church of Baltimore City.

To the grant and deed made and executed by the Mt. Royal
School. Inc., to the Third Church of Christ Scientist of Bal-
timore, Md., dated Aug. 1st, 1922, and recorded among the
aforesaid Land Records in Liber S. C. L. No. 3894, folio 415,
conveying a certain lot of ground at the Southeasternmost cor-
ner of Monument St. and Park Ave., Baltimore City, known
as No. 115 West Monument St.; and also to the holding and
disposal of said property by the Third Church of Christ Scien-
tist of Baltimore, Md.

To the devise under the Last Will and Testament of Cath-
erine Virginia Cairnes, late of Baltimore City, deceased, which
said will is recorded in the Office of the Register of Wills for
Baltimore City in Wills Liber H. W. J. No. 121, folio 184,
whereby was devised to the Little Sisters of the Poor, located
at the corner of Preston and Valley Sts., Baltimore City, and
the Carmelite Sisters of Baltimore City, located at the corner
of Caroline and Biddle Sts., Baltimore City, remainder inter-
ests, subject to certain life estates, in all that fee simple prop-
erty situate at the intersection of the easternmost side of Mary-
land Avenue, known as No. 21 West Twenty-Fifth St.; and
being more particularly described in a deed from Mary Caro-
lina Tarman, et al, to the Trustees of the New Covenant Taber-
nacle, Inc., dated December 14, 1926, and recorded among
the aforesaid Land Records in Liber S. C. L. No. 4676, folio
102; and also to the holding and disposal of said property
by the Trustees of the New Covenant Tabernacle, Inc.

To the grant and deed executed by Mary Carolina Tarman,
et. al., to the Trustees of the New Covenant Tabernacle, Inc.,
dated Dec. 147 1926, and recorded among the aforesaid Land
Records in Liber S. C. L. No. 4676, folio 102, conveying a cer-
tain lot of ground at the Southeasternmost intersection of Mary-
land Ave. and Huntingdon Ave., Baltimore City, known as
No. 21 West 25th St.

To the grant and deed executed by the Title Holding Com-
pany to Mary Carolina Tarman, for life, with remainder to
the Little Sisters of the Poor and The Carmelite Sisters of the
City of Baltimore, under the provisions of the Will of Cather-
ine Virginia Cairnes, which said deed is dated Jan. 3, 1927,
and recorded among the aforesaid Land Records in Liber S.
C. L. No. 4682, folio 152, conveying two reversionary interests
in ground rents, one of Seventy-eight Dollars ($78.00) and
the other of Ninety-six Dollars ($96.00) issuing respectively
out of the properties 4223 Old Frederick Road and No. 4235
