land Company to the Baltimore Monthly Meeting of Friends,
Park Ave., dated March 3, 1926, and recorded among the afore-
said Land Records in Liber S. C. L. No. 4540, folio 231,
conveying a tract of ground containing twenty-five acres, more
or less, situate on the West side of Charles >St, Ave., in Bal-
timore City.
To the grant and deed executed by Mikro Kodesh of Bal-
timore City, to the Trustees of the Beth Jacob Anshe Kur-
land Hebrew Congregation of Baltimore City, said deed be-
ing dated December 10, 1925, and recorded among Land Rec-
ords in Liber S. C. L. No. 4505, folio 331, conveying a lot
of ground containing seventy-six one-hundredths of an acre,
more or less, located on a concrete road north of Bowley's
Lane, Baltimore City; also the holding and disposal of said
property by the Trustees of the Beth Jacob Anshe Kurland
Hebrew Congregation of Baltimore City.
To the grant, assignment and deed executed by Adelbert
Amberman and wife to the Trustees of Immanuel Baptist
Church of Baltimore City, dated July 25, 1919, and recorded
among the Land Records in Liber S. C. L. No. 3415, folio 507,
conveying a certain lot of ground known and designated as
No.1914 E. Federal St.; and also the holding and disposal of
said property by the Trustees of Immanuel Baptist Church,
Baltimore City.
To the grant and deed executed by L. Edwin Goldman and
wife to the Shearith Israel Congregation of Baltimore City,
dated Jan. 31st, 1923, and recorded among the Land Records
in Liber S. C. L. No. 3965, folio 146, conveying a certain lot
of ground situate at the Southeast Corner of Park Heights
and Grlen Ave., Baltimore City; and also to the holding and
disposal of said property by the Shearith Israel Congregation
of Baltimore City.
To the grant, assignment and deed executed by Benjamin
Katz and wife to The Beth Jacob Congregation, (also known
as the Beth Jacob Hebrew Congregation of Baltimore City),
dated Nov. 12, 1924, and recorded among Land Records in
Liber S. C. L. No. 4293, folio 404, conveying a certain lot
of ground known and designated as No. 2703 Spring Hill Ave.,
Baltimore City; see also confirmatory assignment from Benjamin
Katz and wife to the Beth Jacob Hebrew Congregation of Bal-
timore City, dated May 27, 1926, and recorded among Land
