1482 LAWS OF MARYLAND. [CH. 670

(i) To the bequest in the will of William P. Riggs, pro-
bated March 15th, 1926, and recorded in the Office of the Reg-
ister of Wills for Baltimore City in Liber E. R. D. No. 154,
folio 375, &c., to said Vestry of the sum of $2500.00 abso-
lutely.

To the bequests contained in the Last Will and Testament
of Helen Lewis Fletcher, recorded in the Office of the Regis-
ter of Wills for Baltimore City, in Liber E. R. D. No. 1501,
folio 277, October 8, 1924:

$500 to the Order of the Holy Cross, West Park, N. Y.
for use of St. Andrew's School, St. Andrew's P. O., Tennessee.

$500 to the Diocese of Virginia for use in the districts over
which Archdeacon Neve now has jurisdiction.

To the grant and assignment executed by Henry Bauman
and wife to the St. Matthew's Evangelical Lutheran Congre-
gation of Baltimore County, (under the name and style, how-
ever, of St. Matthew's Evangelical Lutheran Church), dated
July 22nd, 1920, and recorded among the Land Records of
Baltimore City, in Liber S. C. L. No. 3621, folio 648, said
grant, assignment and deed conveying a certain lot of ground
situate on the North side of Eastern Avenue, Baltimore City,
and known and designated as No. 4614 Eastern Avenue; and
also the holding and disposal of said property by St. Mat-
thew's Evangelical Lutheran Church of Balto. Co.

To the grant and assignment executed by Robt. S. Green,
Incorporated, to the New York and Phila. Synod of the Re-
formed Episcopal Church, a body corporate of Pennsylvania,
dated June 25th, 1925, and duly recorded among the Land
Records of Baltimore City in Liber S. C. L, No. 4413 folio
15, said grant and deed conveying a certain lot of ground
situate on the South side of Mulberry St., Baltimore City;
and also to the holding and disposal of said property by the
New York and Philadelphia Synod of the Reformed Episcopal
Church.

To the lease made and executed by Thos. H .Powers and
wife to the Vestry of the Bishop Cummins Memorial Church
of Baltimore City, a body corporate, dated October 25th, 1877,
and recorded among the aforesaid Land Records in Liber G.
R. No. 791, folio 205; and to the grant and deed from the
Glirard Life Insurance Annuity and Trust Co. of Phila., Pa.,
et. al., to the Vestry of the Bishop Cummins Memorial Church
of Baltimore City, dated August 25th, 1881, and recorded
among the aforesaid Land Records in Liber F. A. P. No. 909,
folio 434; both of said grants conveying a certain lot of ground
situate at the Northwesternmost corner of Lanvale St. and Car-
