known as 524 S. 18th Street, and the ground rent of $72.00,
incident thereto, described in said deed.
(c) To the conveyance by deed from Cleveland R. Beal-
mear to said Vestry, dated October 16, 1925, and recorded
among the Land Records of Baltimore City in Liber S. C. L.
No. 4472, folio 198, &c., of the reversions in and to four lots
of ground in said city, known as Nos. 2901-2903-2905-2907 At-
lantic Avenue, and to the ground rents of $96.00 each, inci-
dent thereto, described in said deed.
(d) To the conveyances by deed from the Homewood Realty
Corporation to said vestry dated August 2, 1926, and recorded
among the Land Records of Baltimore City in Liber S. C. L.
No. 4614, folio 117, &c., of the reversions in and to five lots
of ground in said city, known as Nos. 3003-3005-3007-3009-
3011 Atlantic Avenue, and the ground rents of $96.00 each,
incident thereto, described in said deed.
(e) To the conveyance by deed from Milbourne Realty Com-
pany to said Vestry, dated June 15, 1926, and recorded among
the Land Records of Baltimore City in Liber S. C. L. No. 4590,
folio 263, &c,, of the reversions in and to two lots of ground
in said City, known as Nos. 519-521 S. 17th St., and the ground
rents of $60.00 each, incident thereto, described in said deed.
(f) To the conveyance by deed from Title Guarantee &
Trust Company to said Vestry, dated May 19, 1925, and record-
ed among the land Records of Baltimore City in Liber S. C. L.
No. 4390, folio 312, &c., of the reversion in and to one lot of
ground in said city, known as 125 Spalding Avenue, and the
ground rent of $120.00, incident thereto, described in said
deed.
(g) To the conveyance by deed from Mary Winter Davis
to said Vestry, dated Nov. 6, 1919, and recorded among the
Land Records of Baltimore City in Liber S. C. L. No. 3518,
folio 81, &c., of the reversion in and to one lot of ground in
said City, on the southeast corner of Read and Cathedral Sts.,
described in said deed.
(h) To the bequest in the Will of Anne Hepburn Ro-
lando to said Vestry of $5,000 after the termination of cer-
tain life estates and after the termination of the life of her
sister, Mary Rolando, and to the bequest in the second codicil
of said Will of Anne Hepburn Rolando to said Vestry of "all
my Rolando silver inherited from my father," said will and
codicil having been probated Feb. 25, 1925, and recorded in
the Office of the Register of Wills for Baltimore City in Liber
E. R. D. No. 153, folio 15, &c.
