said body corporate its successors and assigns to its own and
their own use and behoof, subject to the payment of the ground
rent in said deed mentioned.

To the devise of (a) the farm called "Warrengton" in the
Fifth Election District of Queen Anne's County, Maryland,
near Queenstown, inherited by said Charles C. Willson, now
deceased, from his sister, Ellen M. Willson, to the Rt. Rev.
erend John J. Monaghan, after a life estate to the widow of
said Charles C. Willson, deceased, and (b) to the bequest of
yearly income to the Et. Reverend John J. Monaghan, if he
shall be living to receive the yearly payment, but if lie shall
be dead at any time of payment, then to St. Peter's Church
near Queenstown, and to the entire trust fund, meaning prin-
cipal, unto the said Rt. Reverend John J. Monaghan, if lie
shall then be living, but if he shall then be dead, to pay said
principal of said trust or trust funds, unto St. Peter's Church,
near Queenstown, in Queen Anne's County, Maryland, in the
last will and testament of Charles C. Willson, late of Queen
Anne's County, deceased, now of record in the office of the
Register of Wills of Queen Anne's County, Maryland.

To the bequest of five shares of the stock of The Queens-
town Bank of Maryland, in the last will and testament of said
Charles C. Willson, late of Queen Anne's County, deceased,
now of record in the office of the Register of Wills of Queen
Anne's County, Maryland, to James F. Boyles, of Queen Anne's
County, Maryland, and the lay trustees of St. Peter's Cath-
olic Church, near Queenstown, Maryland, the interest, income
and dividends thereof and therefrom to be used for the costs
of the perpetual care and keeping in order and condition
the lot of said Charles C. Willson in the cemetery at said
Church and to costs of the necessary repairs to said lot.

To the bequests contained in the will of Marcus McCoy, de-
ceased, of Richmond, Virginia, probated Octobed 5, 1926, in the
Chancery Court of Richmond, Virginia, and recorded in the
office of the Clerk of said Court in Will Book No. 23, page 30,
as follows:

(a) One Chesapeake and Ohio Railway $1,000 4 1/2% con-
vertible bond to the West Nottingham Presbyterian Church
of Cecil County, Maryland, interest to be used for the upkeep
of the cemetery.

(b) One Chesapeake and Ohio Railway $1,000 4 1/2% con-
vertible bond to the West Nottingham Presbyterian Church of
Cecil County, Maryland, interest to be used for repairs to said
church.
