bara E. Beck, dated Feb. 18, 1918, probated January 21,
1926 and filed in the Orphans' Court of Baltimore City, Wills
146, folio 31.

To the bequest contained in the Will of Frances Emma Cook,
admitted to probate in the Orphans' Court of Baltimore City
on November 5, 1926, of an automobile and accessories and all
her Christian Science Literature to the First Church of Christ
Scientist, of Baltimore City.

To the deed and conveyance of a lot of ground in Baltimore
City from David T. Edwards and wife to the Abbott Pres-
byterian Chapel of Baltimore County, dated February 15,
1925, and recorded among the Land Records of Baltimore City,
in Liber S. C. L. No. 4325, folio 52 &c.

To the deed from Zachariah W. Cullison and Nora L. Culli-
son, husband and wife, to the German Evangelical Lutheran
St. Mark's Congregation bearing the date of December 8,
1922, and recorded among the Land Records of Baltimore
City in Liber S. C. L. No. 3945, folio 154 etc.

To the grant and deed made and executed by the Most
Reverend Michael J. Curley, Roman Catholic Archbishop of
Baltimore &c., to Wo-Ho-Mis Lodge of the Methodist Episco-
pal Church, Inc., said deed being dated June 23rd, 1925, and
recorded among the Land Records of Baltimore City in Liber
S. C. L. No. 4431, folio 237 &c., and to the holding, mortgag-
ing, leasing and conveying the property therein described by
the said Wo-Ho-Mis Lodge of the Methodist Episcopal Church,
Inc., according to law.

To the sale, grant, assignment and conveyance of two cer-
tain lots of ground in the City of Baltimore, situated on the
northernmost side of Juneau Place (New Annex) Baltimore
City about fifty (50) Feet westerly (as measured on the
northernmost side of Juneau Place) from Canterbury Lane;
and running thence westerly on Juneau Place fifty (50) Feet
that is two lots each twenty-five feet) and extending northerly
at right angles with Juneau Place of even width for a depth
of about one hundred and twenty-five (125) feet, and being
known and designated as lots numbers 68 and 69 of Section
C as shown on the Plat of "Arcadia," which Plat is recorded
among the Land Records of Baltimore County, in Plat Book
W. P. C., No. 6, folio 144 &c., to Fifth Evangelical German
Reformed St. Pauls Church Congregation of Baltimore, Md.,
by Patrick C. Elwood by his deed of assignment dated on
or about the 1st day of Feb. 1926, and recorded among Land
Records of Baltimore City at or about Liber S. C. L. 4531,
folio 51 &c., and that title vest, pursuant to said deed, in
