1476 LAWS OF MARYLAND. [CH. 670

To the bequests contained in the will of Joseph Englar,
deceased, of Carroll County, probated August 10, 1925, and
recorded in the Office of the Register of Wills of Carroll Coun-
ty in Record W. F. B. 13, folio 40, as follows:

(a) $300 to the Home for the Aged of the Methodist Pro-
testant Church, Westminster, Md.

(b) $1,500 to the Board of Trustees of Western Maryland
College.

To the bequests contained in the will of Lydia Cassell, de-
ceased, of Carroll County, probated August 31, 1925, and
recorded in the Office of the Register of Wills of Carroll Coun-
ty, in Record W. F. B. 13, folio 157, as follows:

(a) $500 to the Home for the Aged of the Methodist Pro-
testant Church, Westminster, Md.

(b) $1,000 to the Board of Trustees of Maryland Col-
lege.

To the deed from Emory W. Clark and wife to the Church
Extension Society of the Maryland Annual Conference of the
Methodist Protestant Church, dated July 2, 1924, and recorded
among the Land Records of Anne Arundel County in Liber
W. N. W. 89 folio 185.

To the bequest of $500 to the Trustees of the Woodberry
Ave. Methodist Episcopal Church, Baltimore, Md., contained
in the last will and testament of Susie Augusta Sheridan, late
of Baltimore City, deceased, dated July 24, 1924, and of rec-
ord in the Office of the Register of Wills of Baltimore City in
Wills Liber E. R. D., No. 155, folio 265.

To two certain deeds and conveyances to the Trustees of
Mt. Vernon Methodist Episcopal Church, Baltimore, Md., first
dated Nov. 16, 1923, and recorded among the Land Records of
Baltimore City in Liber S. C. L. No. 4108, folio 239, etc., from
Milton C. Davis and Mollie O. Davis, his wife; second, dated
Sept. 18, 1925, and recorded among the aforesaid Land Records
in Liber S. C. L. No. 4457, folio 306, etc., from Mt. Vernon
Woodberry Mills, Inc., and the Mt. Vernon Land Co.

To the conveyances from Lindsay Page Norris and Bennet
B. Norris, her husband, to the Union Baptist Church of Bal-
timore City, of the property known as No. 340 Dolphin St.,
recorded in Baltimore City, Feb. 13, 1925, in Liber S. C. L.,
No. 4338, folio 4651.

To the bequest of one-fourth of her estate to the Trinity
English Lutheran Church, Baltimore and Pulaski Sts., Balti-
more City, contained in the last will and testament of Bar-
