folio 36, to the St. Matthews M. E. Church of Baltimore Coun-
ty; said deed being recorded in the Land Records of Baltimore
County in Liber W. P. C. No. 631, folio 154.

To the deed from Greorge W. Schoenhals to the Minister,
Consistory or Trustees of the Fourth German Reformed or
St. Johns Church, Baltimore, Md., dated May 4, 1925, and
recorded among the Land Records of Baltimore City in Liber
S. C. L. No. 4386, folio 15 &c; conveying the leasehold prop-
erty at present known as No. 2423 West Lafayette Ave., Bal-
timore, Md.
