North Avenue, Walbrook, Baltimore, Maryland, for the pur-
poses of said institution and as a memorial to the late Caro-
line Englar.

(e) $300 to the Home for the Aged of the Methodist Pro-
testant Church of Westminster, Maryland, to be used for the
purposes of said institution and as a memorial to the late
Florence Englar.

(f) $1,500 to the Trustees of Western Maryland College
at Westminster, Maryland, to be used in their sole discre-
tion toward the education of some worthy student.

To the following gifts, grants, sales and deeds to and for
the use and benefit of the Tifereth Israel Anshe Sfard Con-
gregation, Incorporated, of Baltimore City, Maryland, to the
acquisition, holding and disposition thereof by deed, mort-
gage or in any other manner by the Tifereth Israel Anshe
iSfard Congregation, Incorporated, of Baltimore City, of cer-
tain fee simple and leasehold lots of ground and improve-
ments heretofore purchased, situated and lying in the City of
Baltimore, on the East Side of Smallwood Street, and known
as Nos. 1705-1707 N. Smallwood St., and particularly described
in the following deeds:

(a) A deed from Jacob Burke to the said Tifereth Israel
Anshe Sfard Congregation, dated Oct. 14, 1921, and recorded
among the Land Records of Baltimore City in Liber S. C. L.
No, 3791, folio 90, etc.

(b) A deed from Abraham Burkenfeld and Minnie Bur-
kenfeld his wife to the said body corporate, dated April 16,
1924, and recorded among the aforesaid Land Records in
Liber S. C. L. No. 4178, folio 236 etc.

To the sale and conveyance by A. Cornelius Jennings, bache-
lor, to "The Gospel Spreading Tabernacle Building Associa-
tion, Inc." of all that lot of ground and premises known
as No. 314 N. Gilmor Stereet in the City of Baltimore, par-
ticularly described in a deed dated March 24th, 1926, and
recorded among the Land Records of Baltimore City in Liber
S. C. L. No. 4547 folio 103 &c.

To the Sale and conveyance by Helen Lipsitz and Morris
Lipsitz, her husband, to the said "The Gospel Spreading Taber-
nacle Building Association, Inc" of all that lot of ground and
premises particularly described in a deed dated July 27th,
1926, and recorded among Land Records of Baltimore City
in Liber S. C. L. No. 4610 folio 369 &c.

To the sale and conveyance by the Trustees of St. Paul's
Methodist Episcopal Church South to the Trustees of the
Morning Star Baptist Church of Baltimore City, Inc., of all
