recorded in Wills Liber E. R. D. 157, folio 57, one of the

Records of the Orphans' Court of Baltimore City.

To the bequest of Two Thousand Dollars ($2,000.00) to the
Board of Foreign Missions of the German Evangelical Synod
of North America, contained in the Will of Louisa Kraft,
said Will being duly probated and now recorded in Wills
Liber E. R. D. No. 155, folio 252, one of the Records of the
Orphans' Court of Baltimore City.

To the bequest of Five Hundred Dollars ($500.00) to St.
Matthews Evangelical Lutheran Church of the City of Bal-
timore, a religious corporation of this State, contained in
the Will of Louisa Dingeldein, said Will being duly probated
and now recorded in Wills Liber E. R. D. 153, folio 429,
one of the Records of the Orphans' Court of Baltimore City.

To the bequest of Fifty Dollars ($50.00) to the German
Evangelical Lutheran St. Matthews Congregation of the City
of Baltimore, contained in the Will of Louisa Sittig, said Will
being duly probated and now recorded in Wills Liber E. R. D.
148, folio 213, one of the Records of the Orphans' Court of
Baltimore City.

To the deed dated March 20, 1922 and recorded among the
Land Records of Baltimore County in Liber W. P. C. No.
549, folio 536 from the Baltimore City Missionary & Church
Extension Society of the Methodist Episcopal Church, a body
corporate, to the Arbutus Methodist Episcopal Church, a body
corporate.

To the following bequests contained in the last will and
testament and codicil of Joseph Englar late of Carroll County,
Maryland, duly probated, and now of record in the office of
the Register of Wills for said County in Liber W. F. B. No.
13, folio 40 etc:

(a) $100 to the Trustees of Pipe Creek Brethren Ceme-
tery, Uniontown, Carroll County, Maryland, to be used in their
discretion.

(b) $300 to the Trustees of the Eastern District of Mary-
land Church of the Brethren for the use of Blue Ridge Col-
lege at New Windsor, Maryland, to be used in the discretion
of said Trustees for a memorial to the late Josiah Englar.

(c) $100 to the Trustees of the Uniontwon Methodist Pro-
testant Church at Uniontown, Md., to be used in their dis-
cretion for the purposes of said Church or cemetery.

(d) $200 to the Deaconess Board of the General Synod
of the Evangelical Lutheran Church in the United States to
be applied for the benefit of the Deaconess Home on West
