ber of days each of them has attended, the collector of taxes for
said county shall pay the amounts thereof in the same manner
that jurors are paid.
SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take
effect June 1, 1927.

CHAPTER 107.
AN ACT to authorize the Board of Public Works and the
Adjutant-General of Maryland to convey to the Mayor and
Council of the town of Easton a piece of ground at the
northeast corner of Harrison and South Streets, adjoining
the State Armory, and owned by the State.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That the Board of Public Works and the Adjutant-Gen-
eral of Maryland be and they are hereby authorized to convey
to the Mayor and Council of the town of Easton, Talbot
County, a piece of ground at the northeast corner of Harrison
and South streets, adjoining the State Armory and owned by
the State, but not needed for armory purposes, the said piece of
ground being described as follows:
"Beginning at a hub on the northerly side-line of South
street where the same is intersected by the easterly side-line of
Harrison street; thence (1) with the southerly side-line of
South street, south eighty-seven degrees east, twenty feet
(S87°00'E, 20. 0') to the lands reserved to the Armory lot of
Headquarters Co. 1st. Md. Infy.; thence (2) with said reserved
lands, north forty-two degrees four minutes west, twenty-eight
and thirty-three one-hundredths feet (N42°04'W, 28. 33') to the
easterly side-line of Harrison street; thence (3) with the east-
erly side-line of Harrison street, south two degrees fifty minutes
west, twenty feet (S2°50'W, 20. 0') to beginning, and containing
two hundred (200) sq. ft. "
SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take
effect June 1, 1927.
