CHAPTER 635.
AN ACT to authorize and empower the Mayor and Council of
Hagerstown to sell and convey certain real estate within the
corporate limits owned by the city and not needed in the
opinion of the Mayor and Council for municipal purposes
and providing for the disposition of the funds arising from
the sale thereof.
WHEREAS the Mayor and Council of Hagerstown owns cer-
tain real estate located in the city limits not needed in its
opinion for municipal purposes and should be sold;
SECTION 1. Therefore, be it enacted by the General Assembly
of Maryland, That the Mayor and Council of Hagerstown be
and it is hereby authorized and empowered to sell and convey
in fee simple any and all parcels or pieces of real estate in the
corporate limits owned by said city not needed for municipal
purposes in the opinion of the Mayor and Council, the proceeds
arising from said sales to be deposited in the name of the Tax
Collector of Hagerstown to the credit of the "Miscellaneous
Fund of the City, " and paid out only on warrants signed by
the Mayor, indorsed by the clerk thereof for municipal pur-
poses.
SEC. 2. Be it further enacted, That this Act shall take effect
June 1, 1927.

CHAPTER 636.
AN ACT to add two new sections to Article 39 of the Anno-
tated Code of the Public General Laws of Maryland, titled
"Fish and Fisheries, " and to create a new sub-title to said
Act, to be known as "Susquehanna"; said sections to follow
section 67 of said Article and to be known as Section 67-A
and Section 67-B; said sections prohibiting the catching of
fish in certain areas of the Susquehanna River, except with
hook and line, and providing penalties for the violation of
said provisions.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That two new sections and a new subtitle be added to Ar-
