thence, leaving the line dividing the property of the United
States from the property of the said Chesapeake and Ohio Canal
Company, N. 46° 42' W., 83. 21 feet; thence N. 21° 04' W.,
150. 0 feet; thence N. 68° 56' E., 16. 0 feet to a point on the
westerly line of the portion of said Chesapeake and Ohio Canal
Company's land heretofore purchased by the United States
and recorded, March 21, 1923, Liber PBR 328, Folio 339 of
Land Records of Montgomery County, Maryland, and contain-
ing 4, 490. 7 square feet of land; thence, following said westerly
line of the aforesaid parcel of land purchased by the United
States S. 21° 04' E., 150. 0 feet; thence N. 68° 56' E., 20. 0
feet; thence S. 21° 04' E. 75. 02 feet to the point of beginning,
and containing for the whole 3, 750. 4 square feet of land.
SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall effect
June 1, 1927.
