north of this old conduit and extending in an easterly direc-
tion parallel and adjacent to the old conduit, a distance of
132. 5 feet to a point, the intersection of said right of way and
a line drawn between U. S. property stones W. A. e. VI
and W. A. E. VII, said point being distant 9. 7 feet from
stone W. A. B. VI along said property line.

PARCEL "B".

A subterranean right of way 16 feet wide at elevation ap-
proximately 140 feet above mean sea level for constructing
and maintaining a conduit to carry water from Great Falls
to Dalecarlia Reservoir, the center line of said right of way
being described as follows: —Beginning at a point 61. 88 feet
northeast of U. S. property stone W. A. E. XI on the line be-
tween U. S., stones W. A. E. XI and W. A. E. X, said line
being the dividing line between the property of the United
States and the property of the C. and O. Canal Company,
extending in a southerly direction on an angle of 88° 42' to
the left from stone W. A. B. XI a distance of 950. 43 feet to
a point on the dividing line between the property of the C.
and O. Canal Company and the property of the Potomac
Corporation, said point being 198. feet distant along this line
from a stone near a beech tree, said stone marking the inter-
section between the property of the C. and O. Canal Company,
and the property of the Potomac Corporation, and the prop-
erty of the Washington and Great Falls Investment Company.

PARCEL "C".

Beginning at a point on the line between United States prop-
erty stones W. A. No. 137 and W. A. No. 138, said point be-
ing distant 129. 5 feet along the said line from W. A. No. 137
to W. A. No. 138, the center line of the subterranean right of
way extends in a westerly direction, on an angle of 104° 52'
to the right from W. A. No. 137, a distance of 118. 0 feet to-
ward the Potomac River, to the toe of the rear slope of the
concrete headwall, the side lines of said subterranean right
of way being distant 4 feet each side of and parallel to the
said center line; the intention being to obtain a subterranean
right of way located vertically between elevation 112 and
elevation 124, 8 feet wide throughout its length of 118. 0 feet
toward the Potomac River from the point of beginning on the
Washington Aqueduct property line, to the concrete headwall
ending the 48 inch pipe blow-off. The portion on which to
construct the concrete headwall and the open cut spillway,
for which fee simple title is necessary, is based on a prolonga-
tion of the above described center line 50. 0 feet from the rear
face of the concrete headwall to the water of the Potomac
