CHAPTER 602.
AN ACT to repeal Section 1 of Chapter 173 of the Acts of the
General Assembly of Maryland of 1892, entitled "An Act
supplementary to an Act to incorporate the Sisters of Char-
ity of Saint Joseph's, in Frederick County, " and to re-enact
said section with amendments.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land. That Section 1 of Chapter 173 of the Acts of the Gen-
eral Assembly of Maryland of 1892, entitled "An Act supple-
mentary to an Act to incorporate the Sisters of Charity of
Saint Joseph's, in Frederick County, " be and it is hereby re-
pealed and re-enacted with amendments, to read as follows:
1. The "Sisters of Charity of Saint Joseph's in Frederick
County" and its successors in the said corporate name, be and
it is hereby authorized and empowered in law to receive and
hold in fee simple and otherwise, all kinds of gifts, grants,
conveyances, donations, devises and bequests of estate, real
and personal, and mixed property and effects, for the uses and
purposes as stated in the original act of incorporation, free
from limitation as to the acreage of land or as to the amount
of personal estate so acquired; provided that the land acquired
and held shall be located in Frederick County in the State of
Maryland
SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take
effect June 1, 1927.

CHAPTER 603.
AN ACT to authorize and empower "The Commissioners of
Federalsburg, " a municipal corporation of the State of
Maryland, to issue bonds of said corporation to an amount
not exceeding Thirty Thousand Dollars ($30, 000. 00) for
the purpose of constructing, establishing and maintaining a
water supply system for the town of Federalsburg, in Caro-
line County, State of Maryland, and for that purpose to
acquire by purchase, lease, gift or condemnation, in the man-
ner now prescribed by law, any and all property, both real
and personal, or any interest therein deemed necessary for
said purpose, or in its discretion to acquire by purchase or
