Commisisoners by the President and the Clerk of said County
Commissioners, and shall have affixed thereto the seal of said
County Commissioners. The said bonds shall be sold after
advertisement, at public sale, to the highest responsible bidder
or bidders therefor.
SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That the proceeds of
the sale of said bonds shall be used exclusively by the County
Commissioners of Prince George's County for the purpose of
building and equipping a county jail building in Upper
Marlboro, in said county, and the said County Commissioners
shall constitute the building committee for the purpose of
erecting and equipping said jail.
SEC. 3. And be it further enacted, That the said County
Commissioners shall levy annually on the assessable property
of said County a sum sufficient to pay the interest on all said
bonds as it becomes payable, and to provide a sufficient sinking
fund to pay the principal of said bonds at maturity.
SEC. 4. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take
effect June 1, 1927.

CHAPTER 59T.
AN ACT to add a new section to Article 72 of the Annotated
Code of Maryland (1924 Edition), title "Oysters, " sub-title
"Exempted Waters, " to be known as Section 90-A and to
follow immediately after Section 90 of said Article, provid-
ing for the moving of oysters from certain waters about Cam-
bridge and the planting of oysters in certain waters, and im-
posing an additional license fee on the tongers of Dorchester
County to defray the cost of same.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That a new section be and it is hereby added to Article
72 of the Annotated Code of Maryland (1924 Edition), title
'"Oysters, " sub-title "Exempted Waters, " to be known as Sec-
tion 90A, to follow immediately after Section 90 of said Article,
and to read as follows:
