SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
Maryland, That Sections 490 and 491 of Article 27 of the
Annotated Code of Maryland, title "Crimes and Punish-
ments, " sub-title "Theatrical Exhibitions—Waitresses, " be and
the same are hereby repealed.

CHAPTER 568.

AN ACT to repeal Article 99 of the Annotated Code of Mary-
land, title "Wild Fowl—Birds and Game, " and to enact
in lieu thereof a new Article, to be known as Article 99,
title "Water Fowl—Birds and Game. "

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
Maryland, That Article 99 of the Annotated Code of Mary-
land, title "Wild Fowl—Birds and Game, " be and it is hereby
repealed.

SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That in lieu of said
Article 99 of the Annotated Code of Maryland, repealed by
Section 1 of this Act, a new Article, to be known as Article
99, title "Water Fowl—Birds and Game, " be and it is here-
by enacted, to read as follows:

DEFINITIONS.

1. Short Title—This Article shall be known and may be
cited as "The Game Law. "
