27 of the Annotated Code of Maryland, title "Crimes and
Punishments, " sub-title "Minors—Obtaining Liquor Under
False Statement of Age. "

CHAPTER 564.

AN ACT to repeal Section 2 of Article 85 of the Annotated
Code of Maryland, title "Secretary of the Senate. "

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
Maryland, That Section 2 of Article 85 of the Annotated Code
of Maryland, title "Secretary of the Senate, " be and the same
is hereby repealed.

Approved April 5, 1927.

CHAPTER 565.

AN ACT to repeal Section 361 of Article 27 of the Anno-
tated Code of Maryland, title "'Crimes and Punishments,
sub-title "Marrying Unlawfully.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
Maryland, That Section 361 of Article 27 of the Annotated
Code of Maryland, title "Crimes and Punishments, " sub-title
"Marrying Unlawfully, " be and the same is hereby repealed.

Approved April 5, 1927.

CHAPTER 566.

AN ACT to repeal Sections 490 and 491 of Article 27 of the
Annotated Code of Maryland, title "Crimes and Punish-
ments, " sub-title "Theatrical Exhibition—Waitresses. "
