ALBERT C. RITCHIE, GOVERNOR. 1125

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
Maryland, That Section 328-A of Article 22 of the Code of
Public Local Laws of Maryland, title "Washington County, "
sub-title "Orphans' Court, " as enacted by Chapter 38 of the
Acts of 1924 be and it is hereby repealed and re-enacted with
an amendment and to read as follows:

328-A. The sessions of the Orphans' Court of Washing-
ton County shall be held on Tuesday and Friday of each
week, from 10 o'clock A. M. until 3 o'clock P. M., and on
such other days as in the judgment of the Court the public
business and convenience requires; and the said Judges of
the Orphans' Court of Washington County shall each receive
the sum of Seven Dollars and Fifty Cents ($7. 50) for each
day's attendance upon the sessions of said Court.

SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall
take effect June 1st, 1927.

CHAPTER 550.

AN ACT to authorize the County Commissioners of Harford
County to levy annually sums of money for worthy indigent
citizens of Harford County.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
Maryland, That the County Commissioners of Harford County
be and they are hereby authorized and empowered to levy an-
nually for the support of such worthy indigent citizens of
Harford County such sum or sums as they may deem right and
proper; provided that no one person shall receive more than the
sum of Fifty Dollars per annum, except in cases where a larger
sum has been provided by a special act of the General Assembly
of Maryland.

SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take
effect on the first day of June, 1927.
