1124 LAWS OF MARYLAND. [CH. 549

CHAPTER 547.

AN ACT to repeal and re-enact with amendments Section
105-A of Article 19 of the Code of Public Local Laws of
Maryland, title "St. Mary's County, " sub-title "Sheriff, "
as said section was enacted by Chapter 462 of the Acts of
1920, increasing certain fees of the Sheriff.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
Maryland, That Section 105-A of Article 19 of the Code of
Public Local Laws of Maryland, title "St. Mary's County, "
sub-title "Sheriff, " as said section was enacted by Chapter
462 of the Acts of 1920, be and it is hereby repealed and re-
enacted with amendments, to read as follows:

105-A. The Sheriff of St. Mary's County shall be allowed
two dollars and fifty cents for serving a warrant and making
arrest and one dollar for serving summons and return.

SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall
take effect June 1, 1927.

Approved April 5, 1927.

CHAPTER 548.

AN ACT to authorize the Police Commissioner of Baltimore
to reinstate Frank Andrews as a member of the Baltimore
Police Department and to reinstate Albert Dix as a member
of the police force of Baltimore City.

CHAPTER 549.

AN ACT to repeal and re-enact with an amendment Section
328-A of Article 22 of the Code of Public Local Laws of
Maryland, title "Washington County, " sub-title "Orphans'
Court, " as enacted by Chapter 38 of the Acts of 1924.
