164. To the deed from Ten Hills Corporation to Trustees
of the Third Congregation of the Disciples of Jesus Christ
in the City and Precincts of Baltimore, recorded September
23, 1925, in Liber S. C. L. No. 4459, folio 56, etc., one of
the land records of Baltimore City, same being a piece of
ground in Baltimore City designated as Lot No. 3 in Section
8, as shown on the plat of the Ten Hills Corporation's prop-
erty, which plat is recorded among the land records of Balti-
more County aforesaid in Plat Book No. 3, folio 65.
165. To the bequest of five hundred dollars to St. John's
Lutheran Church from and after the decease of her sister,
Mary R. Rouskulp, contained in the last will and testament
of Emma L. Rouskulp, late of Washington County, deceased,
of record in Wills, Liber No. 15, folios 672, etc., one of the
record books in the office of the Register of Wills for Wash-
ington County.
166. Deed and conveyance of fee simple lot of ground sit-
uate on the west side of Carrollton Avenue, from Charles J.
Knipp and wife to The Vestry of the Bishop Cummins Memo-
rial Church of Baltimore City, a corporation of the State of
Maryland, dated November 1st, 1916, recorded among the land
records of Baltimore City in Liber S. C. L. No. 3086, folio

167. Deed from George Miller to the First German Bap-
tist Church of Baltimore, dated February 17th, 1926, recorded
among the land records of Baltimore City, in Liber S. C. L.
No. 4532, folio 275, all that lot of ground and the improve-
ments thereon situate at the northwest corner of Patterson
Park Avenue and Monument Street in the City of Baltimore,
State of Maryland.
