158. To the deed dated March 18th, 1927, from Albert
Bauer and Margaret Bauer, his wife, and Bernard P. Raab
and Mary Raab, his wife, to the trustees of the Church of
God at Dundalk, a body corporate, conveying two lots of
ground on southwest side of Spruce Ave., recorded in land
records of Baltimore County in Liber W. P. C. No. 641,
folio 362.

159. To a deed granting and assigning a certain lot of
land on the south side of Ellicott Street in Ellicott City, How-
Co., Md., to the trustees of the Methodist Episcopal Church
of Emory Chapel at Ellicott Mills, from Charles A. Hermann
and H. Lizzie Hermann, his wife, recorded among the land
records of Howard County on the 21st day of March, 1927.

160. To a deed granting and conveying a certain lot of
land on the north side of Ellicott Street in Ellicott City,
Howard County, Md., to the trustees of the Methodist Episco-
pal Church of Emory Chapel at Ellicott Mills from Charles
A. Hermann and H. Lizzie Hermann, recorded among the
land records of Howard Co., in Liber W. W. L. C. No. 99,
folio 427.

161. To a deed granting, conveying and assigning a cer-
tain lot of land on the south side of Ellicott Street in Ellicott
City, Howard Co., Md., to the trustees of the Methodist
Episcopal Church of Emory Chapel at Ellicotts Mills, from
Charles A. Hermann, H. Lizzie Hermann, J. Edwin Kroh,
Cora V. Kroh, George L. Burgess and Isabelle T. Burgess,
recorded among the land records of Howard County on the
21st day of March, 1927.

162. To the bequest of the late Lucy P. Marshall for
certain purposes to the Corporation of the All Saints Sisters
of the Poor of Baltimore City, recorded in Will, Liber 154,
folio 567, the said bequest being as follows:

To the Home of the All Saints Sisters of the Poor of Balti-
more, St. Mary's Presstman, Gilmor Street, the sum of five
hundred dollars.

Second: I give and bequeath to the Home of the All Saints
Sisters of the Poor of Baltimore City the sum of $1500, to
be invested under the direction of my executor hereinafter
named, or that the interest thereon only shall be used to pay
