48. To the sale, grant and deed of one certain lot or parcel
of ground and improvements thereon in the City of Baltimore
to the Trustees of the Baltimore City Missionary and Church
Extension Society of the Methodist Episcopal Church, by
James D. Cotter, said lot is located at the southwest corner of
St. Paul Street as recently widened to a width of one hundred
and eight (108) feet, where it intersects the south side of
Thirty-third Street, as said Thirty-third Street is now laid out
on the topographical map of Baltimore City.

49. To the bequest contained in the last will and testament
of Susanna Hoover, deceased, bearing date January 20th, 1920,
and recorded among the Will Records of Carroll County in
Liber W. F. B. No. 13, folio 298, etc., unto the Trustees of
St. Peter's Church in Baltimore County of the sum of two
hundred dollars to be invested, the proceeds to be applied to
the perpetual care of the cemetery lot of Susanna Hoover and
the balance to the support of the Pastor of said Church.

50. To the following bequests and devises in the Will of
Eleanor M. Renehan, late of St. Mary's County, deceased,
which will is recorded in the Office of the Register of Wills of
St. Mary's County, that is: One hundred dollars under the
third item of said will to the Pastor of Sacred Heart Church
of St. Mary's County, and to the gifts and devises to the Rev.
Lawrence J. Kelly, S. J., of four hundred dollars under the
fourth item of said will of certain chattels under the sixth
and eighth items of said will and of the rest and residue of
said estate under the nineteenth item of said will and of devise
to the Archbishop of Baltimore, a corporation sole of a piece
of land in St. Mary's County under the eighth item of said
will.

51. To the deed from Anne MacCallum to the Vestry of
St. John's Church, Huntingdon, Baltimore County, dated
June 7th, 1924, and recorded among the land records of Bal-
timore City, in Liber S. C. L. No. 4209, folio 282, etc., con-
veying the reversionary interests in and to the two annual
ground rents of Sixty Dollars ($60.00), each issuing out of
Nos. 4909 and 4911 Tioga Ave.

52. To deed from Thomas F. Mullan and wife to the Ves-
try of St. John's Church, Huntingdon, Baltimore County,
dated January 16th, 1925, and recorded among the land rec-
