ground rents of Ninety Dollars ($90.00), each issuing out of
Nos. 665 and 667 Dumbarton Ave.

53. To deed from Clarence M. Griffin et al. to the Vestry
of St. John's Church, Huntingdon, Baltimore County, dated
February 9th, 1925, and recorded among the land records of
Baltimore City in Liber S. C. L. No. 4336, folio 294, etc.,
conveying the reversionary interests in and five annual ground
rents of Seventy-two Dollars ($72.00), each issuing out of
Nos. 701, 703, 705, 707 and 709 East Thirtieth Street.

54. To mortgage from Rosa G. Lambert and husband to
the Vestry of St. John's Church, Huntingdon, Baltimore
County, dated June 3, 1925, and recorded among the land
records of Baltimore City in Liber S. C. L. No. 4398, folio
552, etc., conveying the property No. 431 Lake Avenue, Gov-
ans, to secure a mortgage of Six Thousand Dollars ($6,000.00).

55. To deed from Robert Seff et al. to the Vestry of St.
John's Church, Huntingdon, Baltimore County, dated Decem-
ber 9th, 1926, and recorded among the land records of Balti-
more City in Liber S. C. L. No. 4671, folio 549, etc., convey-
ing the reversionary interest in and annual ground rent of
Seventy-eight Dollars ($78.00), issuing out of No. 1528 North
Gilmor Street.

56. To deed executed by Adam G. Erdman and Catherine
Erdman, his wife, to the Trustees of the Evangelical Lutheran
Jerusalem Church, on the Bel Air Road, in the County of
Baltimore, State of Maryland, dated March 22, 1843, and re-
corded among the land records of Baltimore County (now
Baltimore City), in Liber T. K. No. 328, folio 496, etc., the
said property containing 3 acres and 46 square perches of land,
more or less, saving that portion therefrom which, by deed
dated November 5th, 1855, recorded among the land records
of Baltimore City in Liber G. H. C. No. 34, folio 287, etc.,
and containing one-half of an acre, more or less, was conveyed
by the said congregation to the German Gardners & Farmers
Association of Bel Air Road, Baltimore County, State of Mary-
land.

57. To deed executed by the Evangelical Lutheran Jerusalem
Church, on the Bel Air Road, in the County of Baltimore,
State of Maryland, to German Gardners & Farmers Associa-
