32. To the sale and conveyance by Charles W. Held and
wife to the Trustees of Towson M. E. Church of Baltimore
County and State of Maryland, a body corporate, of a lot
of ground described in a deed dated April 16th, 1924, and
duly recorded among the land records of Baltimore County
in Liber W. P. C. No. 601, folio 590, etc.

33. To the following bequests contained in the last will
and testament of Joseph Englar, deceased, of Carroll County,.
the said will being probated in the Orphans' Court of Carroll
County on August 18, 1925, and recorded in W. F. B. 13,
folio 40.

(a) To the Trustees of the Uniontown Methodist Protest-
ant Church at Uniontown, Maryland, one hundred dollars

($100).

(b) To the Deaconess Board of the General Synod of the
Evangelical Lutheran Church in the United States, two hun-
dred dollars ($200).

(c) To the Trustees of Western Maryland College at West-
minster, Maryland, a bequest of one thousand dollars
($1, 000. 00) which said sum was increased by the codicil
of said will to the sum of Fifteen hundred dollars ($1, 500).

(d) To the Home for the Aged of the Methodist Protes-
tant Church of Westminster, Maryland, three hundred and
fifty dollars ($350).

34. To a deed and conveyance from Elihu C. Wood and
Pearl H. Wood, his wife, to the General Conference Corpo-
ration of Seventh Day Adventists to part of lot six (6) in.
Block 52, Gilbert Addition to Takoma Park, Montgomery
County, Maryland, and recorded among the land records of
said county in Liber 402 at folio 11.

35. To a deed and conveyance from E. L. Richmond et
al., to the General Conference Corporation of Seventh-day
