Park, as described in a deed recorded among the land records
of said county in Liber 261, folio 197.
37. To a deed and conveyance from C. A. Rife et al., to
the Columbia Union Conference Association of Seventh-day
Adventists, to a parcel of land formerly a portion of the Fenton
tract in Montgomery County, Maryland, as particularly de-
scribed in a deed recorded among the land records of said
county in Liber 344, folio 343.
38. To the purchase of a piece of fee simple property for
the use and benefit of The Maryland Baptist Church of Balti-
more City, Incorporated, from the Trustees of the Western
German Methodist Episcopal Church in the City of Balti-
more, a body corporate, by deed dated October 29th, 1926,
and recorded among the land records of Baltimore City in
Liber S. C. L. No. 4651, folio 586.
39. To the purchase of a piece of fee simple property for
the use and benefit of the New Shiloh Baptist Church, Incor-
porated, from Trustees of the First English Evangelical
Lutheran Church of Baltimore, a body corporate, of the State
of Maryland, by deed dated July 19th, 1926, and recorded
among the land records of Baltimore City in Liber S. C. L.
No. 4506, folio 545.
40. To the General German Orphan Association of the
State of Maryland of a one-fifth part of the rest and residue
of the estate of Robert Lutz, late of Baltimore City, deceased,
as contained in his last will and testament, bearing date May
1, 1925, and recorded in the office of the Register of Wills of
Baltimore City in Record of Wills, Liber E. R. D. No. 154,
folio 27, etc.
