(a) To the Trustees of the Rock Creek M. E. Church at
Chance, Maryland, the sum of $2, 500.
(b) To the Board of Trustees of the M. E. Church at Deal's
Island, not exceeding the sum of $10, 000 for repairs and
reconstruction of the Church in the year 1924.
25. To the devise and bequest of all the rest and residue
of the estate of Sarah C. Fletcher, late of Dorchester County,
deceased, unto the Vestry of Dorchester Parish in Dorchester
County, a body corporate of the State of Maryland as an en-
dowment fund, the income of which to be used for the main-
tenance and support of the churches known as Trinity, sit-
uated near Church Creek, and Grace Church, situated on
Taylors' Island, contained in the last will and testament of
said Sarah C. Fletcher, deceased, of record in Wills Liber
R. P. S. No. 3, folio 153, etc., one of the record books kept in
the Office of the Register of Wills of Dorchester County.
26. To the following bequests to religious corporations
contained in the last will and testament of George W. Yeiser,
late of Carroll County, Maryland, deceased, recorded among
the Will Records of Carroll County in Liber W. F. B. No.
13, folio 208, etc., that is to say:
(a) To the management of St. Mary's Cemetery at Silver
Run, in Carroll County, Maryland, the sum of One Hundred
Dollars, to be held in accordance with the terms of said be-
quest.
(b) To the Trustees of St. Mary's Lutheran Church at
Silver Run, the sum of Five Hundred Dollars, to be held in
accordance with the terms of said bequest.
27. To two deeds from James D. Cotter to the Baltimore
City Missionary and Church Extension Society of the Meth-
odist Episcopal Church, a religious corporation of this State,
its successors and assigns, the first of said deeds bearing date
the twenty-eighth day of September, 1907, and recorded
among the land records of Baltimore City in Liber R. O. No.
2371, folio 412, etc., and the second of said deeds bearing
date the tenth day of June, 1913, and recorded among said
land records in Liber S. C. L. No. 2825, folio 127, etc., and
to the holding and disposing of the property therein described
being the lot of ground at the southwest corner of St. Paul
