No. 4089, and recorded in Will Record Liber W. F. B. No. 13,
folio 209, in the Office of the Register of Wills for Carroll
County.

20. To the purchase and holding by the Maryland Sunday
School Association, of all that lot of ground and premises sit-
uate on the east side of St. Paul Street, one hundred and fifty-
nine feet two inches, more or less, southerly from the south-
east corner of St. Paul and Twentieth Streets, and particularly
described in a deed dated April 29th, 1920, from the Balti-
more Trust Company, Trustee, et al. to the Maryland Sunday
School Association, which deed is recorded among the land
records of Baltimore City in Liber S. C. L. No. 3581, folio
280, etc.

21. To the bequest of the residue of his property to the
Laurel Presbyterian Church, contained in the last will and
testament of Horace B. Fairall, the said will being probated
September 21, 1920, and recorded in the Office of the Register
of Wills of Prince George's County in Liber G. P. H. No. 2,
folio 171.

22. To the deed and conveyance from the Central Presby-
terian Church of Baltimore City to the Ridgely Street Presby-
terian Church of said City, of the lot or parcel of ground, with
the improvements thereon, at the northeast corner of Ridgely
and Hamburg Streets, said deed being dated January 5th,
1927, and recorded among the land records of Baltimore City
in Liber S. C. L. No. 4683, folio 33, etc.

23. To a deed from Charles R. Deeley and wife to the
First Unitarian Church of Baltimore, a religious corporation
of this State, its successors and assigns bearing date the twenty-
fourth day of May, 1926, and recorded among the land records
of Baltimore City in Liber S. C. L. No. 4577, folio 535, etc.,
and to the holding and disposing of the property herein de-
scribed, being the lot of ground at the northwest corner of Ken-
wood and Woodlawn Roads, Roland Park, Baltimore, run-
ning northerly on the west side of Woodlawn Road one hun-

dred and twelve feet six inches, more or less, with an even
depth westerly of one hundred and sixty-five feet, more or less,

24. To the bequest contained in the will of the late Thomas
B. Webster of Baltimore City, which is recorded in the Office
of the Register of Wills of Baltimore City, in Liber E. R. D.
No. 150, folio 408, the said bequests being as follows:
