Spickler, Elizabeth Herbert and Austin Herbert to St. Paul's
Cemetery Co. of Washington County; the said deed being
dated May 31, 1923, and recorded July 5, 1923, in Liber 166,
folio 15 of the land records of Washington County.
15. To the bequest contained in the last will and testa-
ment of Ellen J. Brown of two hundred dollars ($200. 00) to
the Trustees of St. Mary's Reformed Church, Silver Run,
Carroll County, for the upkeep of lot in cemetery; said will
being probated Jan. 20, 1925, and recorded in the Office of
the Register of Wills of Carroll County in W. F. B. No. 13,
folio 88.
16. To the devise made by the last will and testament of
James Eugene Healy, late of Baltimore City, deceased, dated
February 20th, 1904, and recorded in the Office of the Register
of Wills for Baltimore City in Wills, Liber H. W. J. No. 120,
folio 324, etc., to the Trustees of the Eutaw Place Baptist
Church of the ground rent, known as No. 1822 Fairmount
Avenue, of $56. 00, payable semi-annually on the first day of
January and July.
17. To all that lot of ground known as No. 313 South
Ellwood Avenue, described in deed dated June 14th, 1916, and
recorded among the land records of Baltimore City in Liber
S. C. L. No. 3055, folio 435, from Lewis H. Allen and Minnie
A. Allen, his wife, and Charles F. Snyder and Edith A.
Snyder, his wife, to the Trustees of the Messiah English
Lutheran Church of Baltimore City, a body corporate.
18. To the bequest contained in the last will and testament
of Ida Tyson, deceased, of Howard County, of $1, 500 to the
Vestry of St. Peters' Protestant Episcopal Church of Ellicott
City, the said will being probated October 27th, 1925, and re-
corded in the Office of the Register of Wills of Howard County
in Liber R. D. No. 6, folio 427.
19. To the bequest to the Trustees of the United Brethren
Church of Harney, in Carroll County, for the upkeep of ceme-
tery, contained in the last will and testament of Amanda M.
Shoemaker, deceased, probated March 2, 1926, known as Will
