CHAPTER 295.
AN ACT to authorize the Board of County Commissioners of
Allegany County to convey to the Board of Road Commis-
sioners of Allegany County a strip of land, forty feet wide,
to be used as a County Road.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That the Board of County Commissioners of Allegany
County be and they are hereby authorized to grant and convey
unto the Board of Road Directors for Allegany County a strip
of land, forty feet wide, through and across the property known
as the County Home Farm for the purpose of a public road,
provided that the said Board of County Commissioners shall
deem it advisable that the road known as the Little Valley Road
should be relocated so as to run through and across said ''County
Home Farm" and provided further that said Board of Road
Directors shall only relocate said road in such manner and upon
such terms as shall be approved by the said Board of County
Commissioners.
SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take
effect from the first day of June, 1924.

CHAPTER 296.
AN ACT to repeal Sections 419, 420 and 421 of Article 13 of the
Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland, title "Harford
County, " sub-title "Liquor and Intoxicating Drinks, " as
said article was enacted by Chapter 680 of the Acts of 1916,
so far as the same apply to Druggists, and to add a new sec-
tion to said article to be known as Section 421-A, to follow
immediately after Section 421 of said Article, relating to the
purchase, holding, and dispensing of intoxicating liquors by
druggists or pharmacists.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That Sections 419, 420 and 421 of the Code of Public Local
Laws of Maryland, title "Harford County, " sub-title "Liquor
and Intoxicating Drinks, '' as said Article was enacted by Chap-
ter 680 of the Acts of 1916, be and the same are hereby re-
pealed so far as they apply, or shall be construed to apply, to
registered druggists holding permits from the United States
