Normal School, $35, 000, from the issue of August 15, 1926.

To the Maryland School for the Deaf, for the acquisition and
payment for necessary land and for equipment and better-
ments, $15, 000 from the issue of August 15, 1924, and for re-
modeling Trades' Building, $30, 000 from the issue of February
15, 1926, and $20, 000 from the issue of August 15, 1926.

To the Maryland Training School for Boys, for water system
and drilling and for replacing barns destroyed by fire and for
shed, $48, 000 from the issue of August 15, 1924, and for con-
struction and equipment of Superintendent's Cottage, $25, 000
from the issue of February 15, 1926.

To the Maryland Tuberculosis Sanatorium Commission, for
site and construction and equipment of new Institution for
the White Tubercular, $100. 000 from the issue of August 15,
1926.

To St. John's College, for equipment of its laboratories and
library and for necessary construction and equipment pur-
poses, but conditioned upon the raising by the institution of a
$300, 000 endowment fund, $100, 000, of which $25, 000 shall be
from the issue of February 15, 1925, and $75, 000 from the issue
of August 15, 1925.

To the Board of Trustees of St. Mary's Female Seminary,
for rebuilding and equipping the Dormitory and Administra-
tion Building, $100, 000, of which $30, 000 shall be from the
issue of February 15, 1925, and $70, 000 from the issue of
August 15. 1925. "

SEC. 7. And be it further enacted, That all contracts for the
above purposes shall be subject to the approval of the Board of
Public Works, and where appropriations are made to an in-
stitution or department for two or more purposes, the order in
which the same are to be begun shall likewise be subject to the
approval of the Board of Public Works. In case any balance
remains to the credit of any of the above named institutions or
departments after the completion of any of the purposes speci-
fied, then such institutions or departments may expend such
balance upon any building, construction or equipment purpose
which may be approved by the Board of Public Works.

SEC. 8. And be it further enacted, That the sum of two hun-
dred thousand dollars ($200, 000) of the Construction Loan of
1920, now standing to the credit of the Board of Public Works,
for the purpose of reconstructing the State Tobacco Ware-
