$100, 000; of which $50, 000 shall be from the issue of August
15, 1925, and $50, 000 from the issue of August 15, 1926.

To the Adjutant General, for the acquisition, by purchase,
condemnation, or otherwise, of a lot or lots of ground, where
necessary, and for the erection thereon and the equipment of
State Armories at such of the cities of Cumberland, Hagers-
town, Centreville, Silver Spring, Crisfield, Easton and Ken-
sington as may be selected by the Adjutant General and the
Board of Public Works, and for necessary improvements and
equipment at the Field Artillery Barracks at Pikesville, at the
Fifth Regiment Armory in Baltimore, at the 104th Medical
Regiment Armory in Baltimore and at the Air Service Flying
Field at Dundalk, $250, 000; of which $100, 000 shall be from
the issue of August 15, 1924, $50, 000 from the issue of Feb-
ruary 15, 1926, and $100, 000 from (the issue of August 15,
1926. Also for additional repairs at the Fifth Regiment Arm-
ory, the Howard Street Armory and the 104th Medical Regi-
ment Armory, and for equipment, $7, 000, from the issue of
August 15, 1924.

To the University of Maryland, for construction and equip-
ment of new Dining Hall at College Park, $150, 000, and for
construction and equipment of new Science Hall at College
Park, $210, 000, and for construction and equipment of build-
ing at Eastern Branch, Princess Anne, $40, 000, and for equip-
ment of dairy building at College Park, $25, 000, aggregating
$425, 000; of which $50, 000 shall be from the issue of Feb-
ruary 15, 1925, $100, 000 from the issue of August 15, 1925,
$140, 000 from the issue of February 15, 1926, and $135, 000
from the issue of August 15, 1926. Also, for equipment at the
Schools of Medicine, Pharmacy and Dentistry in Baltimore,
$40, 000, from the issue of August 15, 1925.

To the State Board of Education, for Normal School con-
struction, improvements and equipment as follows: (1) Com-
pleting and equipping the Dormitory now under construction
at Towson, $100, 000 from the issue of August 15, 1924, and for
construction and equipment of new Dining Hall and Kitchen
at Towson, $80, 000 from the issue of August 15, 1925; (2) re-
building and equipping Administration Building at Bowie,
$80, 000 from the issue of August 15, 1924; (3) construction
and equipment of new buildings at Salisbury, $205, 000 of which
$105, 000 shall be from the issue of February 15, 1925, and
$100, 000 from the issue of August 15, 1925; (4) the acquisition
of land and improvements at Frostburg, $40, 000 from the issue
