or certificates of indebtedness, for the payment of the expense
of engraving, printing and other outlays connected with the
issue of the loan hereby authorized, and for the payment of the
advertising directed by this Act, and all other incidental ex-
penses connected with the execution of its provisions in connec-
tion with, said loan.

SEC. 6. And be it further enacted, That the actual cash pro-
ceeds of the sale of the certificates of indebtedness to be issued
under this Act shall be paid to the Treasurer of the State upon
the warrant of the Comptroller, and such proceeds shall be
used exclusively for the following purposes, to wit:

The Comptroller shall immediately upon the sale of and pay-
ment for said bonds or certificates of indebtedness, first return
to and credit the Treasurer for whatever advances or payments
may have been made as provided for by Section 5 of this Act;
the remainder of said loan shall be credited to the institutions
and departments hereinafter named, in the amounts herein-
after specified, and by them used, expended and applied for the
following purposes:

To Crownsville State Hospital, for equipment of new build-
ing, $25, 000, and for new boiler and hot water heating plant
$3, 000, both from the issue of August 15, 1924, and for con-
struction and equipment of Superintendent's residence, $25, 000
from the issue of February 15, 1925.

To Springfield State Hospital, for construction and equip-
ment of new building to replace the existing wooden structures,
$142, 000; of which $42, 000 shall be from the issue of February
15, 1926, and $100, 000 from the issue of August 15, 1926.

To Spring Grove State Hospital, for completion and equip-
ment of Foster Clinic unit, $225, 000; of which $50, 000 shall be
from the issue of February 15, 1926. and $175, 000 from the
issue of August 15, 1926.

To Eastern Shore State Hospital, for construction and equip-
ment of Administration Building, $105, 000; of which $50, 000
shall be from the issue of February 15, 1926, and $55, 000 from
the issue of August 15, 1926.

To Rosewood State Training School, for sewerage and water
systems and enlargement of power house, $35, 000, and for con-
struction and equipment of new building, $100, 000, aggregat-
ing $135, 000; of which $85, 000 shall be from the issue of Feb-
ruary 15, 1926, and $50, 000 from the issue of August 15, 1926.

To State Board of Welfare, for rebuilding foundry and for
power plant improvements at the Maryland Penitentiary,
