SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That Section 8 of Chapter 88 of the Acts of 1920, en-
titled "An Act to provide certain regulations for the shooting
of wild fowl in, on or over the waters of Talbot County, " as
amended by Chapter 304 of the Acts of 1922, be and it is
hereby repealed and re-enacted, with amendments, to read as
as follows:
8. All owners of riparian rights on the said waters of
Talbot County shall, by virtue of said ownership, be first en-
titled to make a choice of the "set" or position in front of the
property in which they are owners of the riparian rights for
the purpose of erecting and maintaining any booby blind, stake
blind, floating blind, sink box or artificial point of any de-
scription, provided that said riparian owners shall avail them-
selves of said choice of locality and clearly mark the same
within not less than twenty days prior to the open season fixed
by law for shooting wild fowl on the waters of Talbot County.
Provided further, that no person shall erect or place a blind
less than two hundred and fifty yards from the property of
any other person.
SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take
effect June 1, 1924.

CHAPTER 27.
AN ACT to authorize in their discretion the County Commis-
sioners of Washington County to levy and collect five thou-
sand ($5, 000. 00) dollars in the year 1924 for the repair of
the building in Hagerstown, occupied by the Washington
County Free Library.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That the County Commissioners of Washington County
be and they are hereby authorized, in their discretion, not man-
datorily, to levy and collect in the year 1924 five thousand
($5, 000. 00) dollars for the repairs, both inside and outside.

SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That the County Com-
missioners for Washington County be and they are hereby
authorized, in their discretion, not mandatorily, to levy in
