CHAPTER 25.
AN ACT to repeal and re-enact with amendments Section 1 of
Chapter 417 of the Acts of 1922, entitled "An Act to
prohibit the killing of wild turkeys in Garrett County,
Maryland, from June 1, 1922 until the 10th day of Novem-
ber, 1924. " by extending the closed season for the killing
of wild turkeys in Garrett County until November 10, 1930.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
Maryland, That Section 1 of Chapter 417 of the Acts of 1922,
entitled "An Act to prohibit the killing of wild turkeys in
Garrett County, Maryland, from June 1, 1922, until the 10th
day of November, 1924. " be and it is hereby repealed and
re-enacted with amendments, to read as follows:
1. It shall be unlawful for any person or persons to
hunt, kill or pursue any wild turkey in Garrett County,
Maryland, from June 1, 1924, until the 10th day of November,
1930, after which date the open season for killing wild turkeys
in Garrett County, Maryland, shall extend from November
30th to December 24th of each year, between which dates any
person or persons holding a proper hunting license may shoot
or kill two wild turkeys only during any one open season for
hunting same; provided, however, that it shall be unlawful
for any one person to shoot, kill or have in possession more
than one wild turkey during any one day of the open season
above provided for.
SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this act shall take
effect June 1, 1924.

CHAPTER 26.
AN ACT to repeal and re-enact with amendments Section 8 of
Chapter 88 of the Acts of 1920, entitled "An Act to provide
certain regulations for the shooting of wild fowl in, on or
over the waters of Talbot County" as amended by Chapter
304 of the Acts of 1922, relating to the location of blinds
and repealing that part of said section which prohibits the
placing or setting of fish nets nearer than fifteen hundred
yards of any licensed blind.
