the Bladensburg end and be of the greatest width obtainable
for the amount available and to be constructed as far northerly
as the funds permit.

SEC. 4. And be it further enacted, That for the purpose of
paying the interest on said bonds and the principal thereof as
the same matures, the County Commissioners of Prince
George's County are hereby directed to levy annually at the
time and in the manner county taxes are levied and to collect as
other county taxes are collected, a sum sufficient to pay said
principal and interest, upon all of the property assessed for
State and county taxes within the following territory:

Beginning at the intersection of the Eastern Branch
and the old Avalon Mill Race, said intersection being be-
low the Twin Bridges and in East Riverdale, and thence
directly east to a point 420 feet west of Edmonston
Road, thence parallel with said Edmonston Road and 420 feet
west thereof to the Bladensburg line, thence in a straight
line to the old Avalon Mill in Bladensburg, and thence
from the southwest corner of said mill to an alley in the

rear of the Public School, paralleling the center line of said
Edmonston Road, thence with the said alley to the Edmonston
Road, thence with said Edmonston Road to the National De-
fense Highway, and thence with the said highway to the rear
or east line of the property occupied by Mrs. Juliana B.
Dieudonne, and thence with the rear lines of all properties
fronting on the said Edmonston Road to the south line of the
subdivision known as "Addition to Decatur Heights, " thence
with the outline of said Decatur Heights to the rear of Lot 15,
Block 7, and thence with the division line between said lots 15
and 16 to Oak Ave., and thence with Oak Ave. to Locust and
with Locust Ave. to the division line between lots 21 and 22,
Block 10, and thence with said division line to the easterly
outline of said subdivision, and thence with the outline of said
subdivision northerly to the west line of the property upon
which Hugh O'Neill lives and thence with said west line east
wardly to a point one mile from the center of the said concrete
road, when constructed, and thence at right angles to said line
northerly along a line projected at all points one mile from the
center line of said concrete road as constructed to the line of
Riverdale Election District and thence with said District line
to the Good Luck Road, and thence with said Good Luck Road
westerly and with the line of said Good Luck Road projected to
