($200. 00) dollars per year in full of all compensation for all
services rendered, and the County Commissioners shall provide
said directors a room in the Court House, and the Clerk of the
Commissioners shall also act as Clerk of the Road Directors,
at a salary of four hundred ($400. 00) dollars per year in full
for all services rendered. The Clerk of the Road Directors
shall attend all of the meetings, keep the minutes thereof, be
the custodian of the corporate seal of the Road Directors, and
affix the same to all papers and instrument requiring such seal,
and perform such other services as from time to time may be
required of him by said Road Directors. The Road Directors
are also authorized to employ such other clerical assistance as
may be deemed necessary at a salary or cost not to exceed
$1, 000. 00 per year, to be paid out of the funds of the Road
Directors for Allegany County.

SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take
effect from the first day of June, 1924.

CHAPTER 13.

AN ACT to repeal and re-enact with amendments Section 14 of
Article 99 of the Annotated Code of Maryland, title "Wild
Fowl—Birds and Game, " making additional restrictions and
providing additional penalties in regard to wild fowl, par-
ticularly in the waters of Cecil and Harford Counties.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That Section 14 of Article 99 of the Annotated Code of
Maryland, title "Wild Fowl—Birds and Game, " be and it is
hereby repealed and re-enacted with amendments, to read as
follows:

14. It shall be unlawful to shoot, or kill, trap, pursue,
hunt, take, capture, or attempt to trap, pursue, hunt, take,
capture or kill, any wild duck, goose, swan or brant within
the limits of the State of Maryland, between the first day of
February and the thirty-first day of October in each and every
year, both dates inclusive, and it shall further be unlawful to
have in possession any such wild duck, goose, swan or brant
between the tenth day of February and the thirty-first day of
October in each and every year. No person or persons hunting,
pursuing or gunning for any wild fowl of any species in the
