5. With the center line between said tracks 3½ miles to a
stone in the center of the east and west bound tracks of the
Western Maryland Railway Company in the center of the
county road leading from Morantown to Eckhart and with
said road

6. Southwesterly ½ mile to the end of the 3rd line of Dis-
trict No. 24; thence reversing part of said line

7. Northeasterly ¾ mile; thence

8. Northwesterly 9/10 mile to the beginning.

SEC. 3. And be it enacted, That all persons now residing
within the limits of said new election district, and who are
registered voters in any other election district of said Allegany
County shall be entitled to register in said new election district
upon presenting to the registrars thereof their certificate of
transfer from such other election district as is now provided
by law or whose names are transferred to the registration book
for the said new election district as hereinafter provided, and
all persons that reside within the limits of said new election
district and qualified to register shall be entitled to register
and vote in said new election district, and it shall be the duty
of the Supervisors of Elections for said Allegany County to
provide the proper registration books for said new election
district and Lave transcribed before the first sitting for the
registration for voters in the year 1924 all qualified voters re-
siding in said new election district, and give the same to the
registers of voters in said new election district.

SEC. 4. And be it enacted, That the polling places of said
new election district shall be at some place in the village of
Zihlman to be selected and designated by the Supervisors of
Elections for said Allegany County, and that said Supervisors
of Elections for said Allegany County are hereby required to
appoint the necessary registration officers and judges and
clerks of election for said new election district and make all
necessary provisions for the registering and voting in said
new election district as they are now required by law for other
election districts of said Allegany County, and that for the
purpose of correcting the registries of voters for Election Dis-
tricts Nos. 11 and 32 and Precinct 2 of District No. 13. it is
hereby made the duty of the Supervisors of Elections of said
Allegany County to furnish new duplicate registries for the
said new election district, and to direct and require their clerk
