at least thirty days before the next day for registration, of the
establishment of the above mentioned precincts, the description
of the boundary line and the location of the following places,
together with the list of names transferred from the existing
registration books to the registration books of Precinct No. 1
and of Precinct No. 2, respectively.
SEC. 4. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take
effect June 1, 1924.

CHAPTER 567.
AN ACT to authorize the County Commissioners of Prince
George's County to borrow money on the credit of the
county for the purpose of making an addition to the Court
House and providing for heating said addition, to issue
bonds for the payment of the same, and to levy taxes on the
assessable property of the county to redeem said bonds and
pay the interest, and to provide for the construction of said
addition and heating equipment for same.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land; That an addition be made to the Court House at Upper
Marlboro in accordance with plans submitted to and approved
by the County Commissioners of Prince George's County, and
that for the purpose of making said improvement Joseph C.
Mattingly, Lansdale G. Sasscer, Henry L. Morris, George B.
Merrick and John T. Fisher be and they are hereby appointed
a Building Committee, and in case of death or refusal to act
of any one or more of them, or of the Building Committee as
at any time constituted, the County Commissioners of said
county shall fill the vacancy or vacancies. They shall serve
without pay, two of them shall form a quorum and the confer-
ence of two of them shall be necessary in the decision of all
questions which may arise in the discharge of their duties.
SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That said Building
Committee shall invite sealed proposals as speedily as possible
for the construction of said addition upon plans and specifi-
cations adopted or to be adopted by said County Commission-
ers, by publication in two newspapers printed in Prince
George's County for at least two weeks, and such other publi-
cations as said Building Committee may deem best, proposals
