CHAPTER 566.

AN ACT to divide Spaulding's Election District No. 6 of
Prince George's County into two precincts and to designate
the polling places in said precincts.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That Spaulding's or Election District No. 16 of Prince
George's County be and it is hereby divided into two precincts,
and that the boundary line between said precincts shall be as

follows:

Beginning at the intersection of the Suitland Road and the
District of Columbia boundary line and thence running in a
southeasterly direction along and following the Suitland Road
to the village of Suitland and thence from the village of Suit-
land along and following the New Cut or Mayhew Road to the
point where said road intersects the line dividing Surratt's or
Election District No. 9 and Spaulding's or Election District
No. 6. All of the property abutting on the north side of the
Suitland Road from the District Line to the village of Suit-
land, together with all the property in the territory south of
the said Suitland Road and the New Cut or Mayhew Road in
Spaulding's or Election District No. 6 shall constitute and be
known as Precinct No. 2 of Spaulding's or Election District
No. 6, and the following place in said precinct shall be at Silver
Hill. All the property in the territory north of said roads in
Spaulding's or Election District No. 6, with the exception of
the property above mentioned which is in Precinct No. 2, shall
constitute and be known as Precinct No. 1 of Spaulding's or
Election District No. 6, and the following place in said pre-
cinct shall be at Forestville.

SEC. 2 And be it further enacted, That the Board of Super-
visors of Elections of Prince George's County shall before the
next day for registration provide new registration books for the
two precincts established by this Act, and shall cause to be
transferred the books for the said precincts the names of all
persons residing in the respective precincts and now on the
registration books of Spaulding's or Election District No. 6.
The said Board of Supervisors shall also provide all of the
necessary paraphernalia, books and ballot boxes as are pro-
vided for other election districts or precincts according to law.

SEC. 3. And be it further enacted, That the said Board of
Supervisors of Elections shall give due notice by advertisement
