197. To a deed from The Trustees of Grove Methodist Epis-
copal Church, William H. Eitmiller, Charles H. Cook, and
George V. Schroeder to the Trustees of Grove Methodist Epis-
copal Church of Baltimore County, a body corporate, of all the
property situate in Baltimore County, State of Maryland, and
being known as number twenty-two in block No. 24 on plat No.
4 as shown on plat of Catonsville Manor, in plat book WPC,
No. 6, folio 160, etc.

198. To the bequest of Alfred Breit, late of Baltimore City,
deceased, to the Maryland General Hospital Corporation, gen-
erally known as the Maryland General Hospital and The Meth-
odist Hospital Association, Incorporated, which reads as fol-
lows: "All the rest and residue of my estate of whatsoever kind
and nature, I give, devise and bequeath unto the Maryland Hos-
pital Corporation (Generally known as the Maryland General
Hospital) and I direct that a room or ward be designated in
consideration thereof, in memory of my late wife, Matilda S.
Breit. "

199. To the bequests of Summer-field Baldwin, late of Bal-
timore County, deceased, to Madison Avenue Methodist Epis-
copal Church, the Maryland General Hospital, now known as
The Methodist Hospital Association, Incorporate, the Kelso Or-
phan Asylum, now known as Kelso Home for Orphans of the
Methodist Episcopal Church, The Home for the Aged of the
Methodist Episcopal Church of Baltimore City, and the Dea-
coness Home of the Methodist Episcopal Church. Five thous-
and dollars in cash to Madison Avenue Methodist Episcopal
Church; Five thousand dollars, in cash, to the Maryland Gen-
eral Hospital, now known as The Methodist Hospital Associa-
tion, Incorporated, Five thousand Dollars, in cash, to the Kelso
Orphan Asylum, now known as, Kelso Home for Orphans of the
Methodist Episcopal Church, Five thousand Dollars in cash to
the Home for the Aged of the Methodist Episcopal Church of
Baltimore City, and Five thousand dollars in cash, to the Dea-
coness Home of the Methodist Episcopal Church.

200. To the bequest of Geo. Smith, deceased, of Rockville,
Md., to the Rev. J. T. Coolahan, pastor of St. Mary's Roman
Catholic Church, Rockville, Md., the sum of $4, 000. 00.

201. To a bequest of Kate A. Stran, late of Baltimore City,
deceased, to The Home for the Aged of the Methodist Episcopal
Church of Baltimore City, a body corporate, in Section 32, of
her last Will and Testament, in the amount of Ten Thousand
