piece or parcel of ground situate and lying in Baltimore County,
State of Maryland, conveyed to the said William H. Dell by
Francis H. Asher and Annie M. Asher, his wife, by deed dated
December 1, 1906, and recorded among the land records of Bal-
timore County in Liber WPC, 306, folio 348.

192. To the deed from the St. Helena Presbyterian Church
of Baltimore County to the Community Church of Dundalk,
Baltimore County. Md., of a lot of ground situated in the village
of Dundalk, Baltimore County, recorded among the land record?
of Baltimore County in Liber WPC, No. 585, folio 510.

193. To a deed from Harry C. Steelman and others to the
Community Church of Dundalk, Baltimore County, Maryland,
conveying a lot of ground known as No. 25 Admiral Boulevard,
in the village of Dundalk, Baltimore County, Maryland, record-
ed among the land records of Baltimore County in Liber WPC,
No. 588, folio 107.

194. To the bequest contained in the last will and testament
of Catherine L. C. Horn, late of Baltimore City, deceased,
probated in the Orphans Court of Baltimore City on December
7th, 1923, of the sum of One thousand dollars to the Commis-
sion on Conference Claimants Endowment Fund of The Balti-
more Annual Conference, Methodist Episcopal Church, Incor-
porated.

195. To the bequest of Mrs. Emily H. Easter, dated March
19th, 1923, to the Vestry of St. Michael's Parish, Talbot County,
the sum of Two thousand dollars in trust for the following pur-
poses: To invest the same in some good and sufficient security
or securities and to apply the income arising therefrom, to the
support and maintenance of the Parish Church; will probated
on November 2nd, and approved by the Orphans Court of Tal-
bot County.

196. To the following assignment from Hugh H. Ackler to
The Faith Evangelical Lutheran Church of Baltimore City, said
assignment being dated August 7, 1903, and recorded among the
land records of Baltimore City in Liber R. O., No. 2027, folio
175, also to the following deed from The Safe Deposit and Trust
Company of Baltimore City to The Faith Evangelical Lutheran
Church of Baltimore City, said deed being dated April 22, 1921,
and recorded among the land records of Baltimore City in Liber
SCL, No. 3737, folio 253.
