Dollars ($10, 000), which said Last Will and Testament is dated
March 28, 1919, and recorded in the Office of the Register of
Wills of Baltimore City in Liber E. R, D. No. 146, folio 523, etc.

202. To the bequest of $500. 00 in the Last Will and Testa-
ment of Eliza C. Davidson, late of Baltimore City, to the Trus-
tees of the Eutaw Place Baptist Church of Baltimore City; said
Last Will and Testament being dated March 16th, 1922, and
recorded in the office of the Register of Wills of Baltimore City
in Wills Liber E. R. D. No. 145, folio 424, etc.

203. To the legacy for Zion Church of $500. 00, which ap-
pears in the last Will of Ernst Schmeisser which is duly re-
corded in the Register of Wills office for Baltimore City in Wills
Liber HWJ, No. 144, folio 482.

204. To the legacy for Zion Church for $100. 00 which ap-
pears in the last Will of Catherine Fischer, which is duly re-
corded in the Register of Wills office for Baltimore City, in.
Wills Liber HWJ, No. 142, folio 520.

205. To the bequests of Herman B. L. Everding, deceased,
late of Baltimore City, by his Last Will and Testament, and
recorded in the Orphans Court in Liber H. W. J., No. 141, folio
511, to the following religious corporations:

The Trustees of the Zion Church of Baltimore City, $2, 000. 00;
The Govanstown Methodist Episcopal Church of Baltimore
County, $500. 00; The Church of the Redeemer, $500. 00; Luth-
eran Church of the Holy Comforter, $500. 00; Gregory Memor-
ial Baptist Church of Baltimore County, $500. 00; Govanstown
Presbyterian Congregation in the County of Baltimore, $50. 00.

206. To the sale, grant and deed to The Salvation Army, a
corporation of the State of New York, incorporated by Act 1899,
Chapter 468, its successors and assigns, from Henry D. Bale,
which deed is dated February 13, 1923. and recorded among
the Land Records of Baltimore City in Liber S. C. L., No. 3983,
folio 44, etc.

207. To the sale, grant and deed to The Salvation Army, a
corporation of the State of New York, incorporated by Act
1899, Chapter 468, its successors and assigns, from Nettie R.
Wood, which deed is dated December 29, 1922, and recorded
among the Land Records of Baltimore City in Liber S. C. L.,
No. 3953, folio 113, etc.
