ing out of No. 3718 Cottage Avenue.

(o) Deed from R. Stanley Carswell, dated June 12, 1894,
and recorded among the land records of Baltimore City in Liber
J. B., No. 1507, folio 380, conveying three ground rents of
$45. 00 each issuing out of Nos. 1248, 1250, and 1252 James

mentioned and described in a deed from C. Walter Frost to the
Maryland Avenue Presbyterian Church of Baltimore City,
dated January 15th, 1924, recorded among the land records of
Baltimore City in Liber SCL, No. 4133, folio 126.

189. To the grant deed and conveyance by way of assign-
ment of mortgage from the Mortgage Guarantee Company to
the Vestry of Christ Church in the City of Baltimore, the said
mortgage being from Francis E. Yewell and wife to the Mort-
gage Guarantee Company recorded among the land records
aforesaid in Liber SCL, No. 3711, folio 549.

190. To the deed and conveyance to the First Apostolic
Holiness Church of Baltimore City, from the Title Guarantee
and Trust Company, dated August 15, 1910, recorded among
